Edmund S. Penn, 82, of Leesburg, died May 18 at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves.

Survivors include his wife, Mary B. Penn of Leesburg, a son, James J. Penn of Bristow, a daughter-in-law, Nancy N. Penn, and three grand daughters, Helena N. Penn, Stephanie A. Penn, and Natalie G. Penn.

Services will be held May 23 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Leesburg. Interment will be held at Quantico National Cemetery.
